FAQs

HOW LONG IS MY VOUCHER VALID?

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher can be redeemed on any session within that time period, subject to availability.

WHAT DAYS CAN I ATTEND THE WORKSHOP?

The Gin Workshop experience currently takes place most Saturdays with sessions lasting approximately three and a half hours. Please contact us for information on Group Booking availabilities.

WHEN WILL MY VOUCHER ARRIVE?

When purchasing a Gin School experience, an e-voucher will be generated and sent to the email address provided at time of booking. A printed voucher will also be sent out by first class post to the address provided and should arrive within 3-5 days. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hrs, please email us on bookings@twobirdsworkshop.co.uk

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EXPERIENCE?

The Gin Workshop can get incredibly busy. We recommend booking at least 3 months prior to the voucher expiration date and 6 weeks in advance to your preferred date to make sure you don’t miss out. Please call 01858 463 758 to book your session.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

Should you wish to reschedule an existing Gin Workshop session please call 01858 463 758 to discuss. For bookings up to two vouchers: cancellations within 14 days of the booking will incur a rebooking fee. If cancelled within 7 days of the booking, the voucher may be forfeited. For bookings of three or more vouchers: A minimum of 28 days’ notice is required to rearrange. If you are outside of this period, the penalty will vary dependant on our ability to refill the spaces.

DOES MY VOUCHER EXPIRE?

Vouchers expire 12 months from date of purchase.

CAN I PARK NEARBY?

There is plenty of free parking available at the Workshop, should you choose to drive. However, we highly recommend organising a lift or travelling by public transport to enjoy the full Workshop experience. G&Ts will be served throughout the session, as well as the opportunity to sample your very own craft gin. If you wish to opt out of the G&Ts, please let our Ginstructor know at the start of your session. Market Harborough’s train station is a short taxi ride from the Workshop. The Welland Business Park is easily accessed by bus links from Market Harborough’s town centre.

I WON A VOUCHER IN A COMPETITION / RAFFLE

Firstly congratulations! Secondly, you are more than welcome to book your visit by calling 01858 463 758 and quoting your voucher number. If you won a ‘single person’ voucher and wish to bring a friend along, there will be a small charge to upgrade this. Please call the distillery directly to arrange this. All other normal T&Cs apply. The voucher holds no monetary value and cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.

ARE UNDER 18s ALLOWED?

As the Gin Workshop involves the production and sale of alcohol, we are unable to admit people under 18 years of age. The Workshop runs a ‘Challenge 21’ policy. If we believe a visitor looks under 21 we will ask them to produce suitable ID for proof of age. Anyone found to be under 18 on the day will be asked to leave the premises and no refund for the voucher will be offered.

ARE GUESTS ALLOWED?

Everyone planning on attending on the day will require a voucher and we cannot accommodate non-participating visitors. Walk-ins are not accepted.

IS THERE ANYWHERE TO STAY IN MARKET HARBOROUGH?

There are a few hotel options if you wish to stop over in Market Harborough after your Gin Workshop – The Three Swans, The Angel Hotel and Premier Inn. The Three Swans and The Angle are both located in the town centre within a short taxi ride (or longer stroll) to the Workshop. The Premier Inn is on the edge of town. Please note it is not possible to walk from the Premier Inn to the Gin Workshop.
